Administrators need to update the 2026 Holiday Calendar in FMSI
Staff Scheduler! This will ensure closed days are reflected and hours are
allocated correctly as you move into those upcoming scheduling periods.
To manage the calendar, take the
following steps:
1. Select
Admin (Gear Icon)
2. Select
Configuration>General
3. Select
the Holidays tab
4. Change the year from 2025 to 2026
5. Select
“Add Holiday” button on the top right of the screen
6. Select Date
7. Enter a Holiday name
8. Select open and close times if applicable. If all day, keep unselected.
9. Enter appropriate Maximum Paid Holiday
Hours
10. Check the Is Major and Standard Holiday
checkboxes
11. Select Save (Floppy Disk Icon)
